12-14 વર્ષની વયજૂથના બાળકો તેમજ 60 વર્ષથી વધારે વયજૂથના લાભાર્થીઓના કોવિડ રસીકરણ બાબત

Regarding covid vaccination of children in the age group of 12-14 years as well as beneficiaries in the age group of 60 years and above.

As per the instructions received from the Government of India, Kovic vaccination of children in the age group of 12-14 years as well as beneficiaries in the age group of more than 60 years has been started in the entire state.  Starting March 16, 2022.

As per the instructions received from the Government of India, covid vaccination should be started in all the districts / corporations keeping in view the following issues.  -Covid vaccination should be started in 12-13 years as well as 13-14 years in two year cohort.  (Children in the 14-15 age group are covered in the 15-18 year vaccination.)  Covic vaccine should be given in 12-14 year old cohorts.

Children born on or before March 15, 2010 will be considered eligible for vaccination under 12-14 years of age.  Target of eligible beneficiaries for 12-14 years vaccination per district corporation in the state of Gujarat.  Involved with

Precautionary Doses will be given to all eligible beneficiaries in the age group of 0 years and above who have completed six months / 39 weeks after the second dose, all these operations will have to be done in collaboration with the concerned department.  You are asked to instruct all from your level to cover all eligible beneficiaries under 12-14 years as well as all eligible beneficiaries in the age group of 60 years and above in all districts / corporations.

Co-WIN – Government of India App for Vaccinators providing COVID-19 Vaccination

This Mobile Application is currently meant for CoWIN Facility level users to perform following tasks as Vaccinator , Supervisors and Surveyors.

1)Beneficiary Registration: Based on identified priority group by Government of India, Beneficiary can be registered on the Application.

2) Beneficiary Verification: Beneficiary's relevant details can be captured in encrypted form which can be utilised to ensure that vaccine is administered to relevant Beneficiary.  This is applicable at the time of registration as well as vaccination.

3) Aadhaar Authentication: To ensure de-duplication , Beneficiary's Aadhaar authentication can be done from the application in the form of OTP and Demographic Authentication. This is applicable at the time of registration or at the time of validation.

4) Vaccination Status: Based on dose schedule, vaccination status of Beneficiary can be updated from not vaccinated to partially vaccinated and partially vaccinated to vaccination completion.
