A complete curfew was imposed for two days as the transit of Corona increased in Ahmedabad city. The curfew has been lifted since 6 a.m. Monday.

AMTS and BRTS bus service has also started. People are back on the road. People stayed at home for two days due to curfew. Since the offices have reopened this morning, people have started leaving.

Even after the curfew, the tight security of the Ahmedabad police in
Ahmedabad after 57 hours, the curfew has been completed at 6 am today. With the completion of the curfew, public life in Ahmedabad has returned to normal. Scenes of the constantly crowded rice market were seen differently. Even after the curfew, Ahmedabad police is currently on stand-by. What was the situation like during curfew in Ahmedabad?
A curfew was imposed from 9pm last Friday to 6am this morning to curb the growing corona infection in the city, which was being strictly enforced. For this, police were deployed at the borders of Ahmedabad, and strict checking was carried out. Only residents of the city and vehicles passing GJ-01 were being admitted, causing inconvenience to commuters from other districts coming into the city. 


Passengers coming from Saurashtra were stopped near Sanathal Chokdi as the city border was sealed. Intensive checking was being carried out at the entry point of Santhal. Anyone who did not have a valid document or could not give a valid reason was not allowed into the city. Passengers had to return due to a lack of entry into the city. Passengers wishing to return were being charged five to ten times the fare.

Currently, 127 micro containment zones are being implemented in the
city. Today 6 areas in the city have been liberated from micro containment zones. While 22 micro containment zones have been added with new cases being registered. 




Currently, 127 micro containment zones are in operation in the city. Of these, 10 areas of newly added South Zone, 1 area of ​​Central Zone, 3 areas of South West Zone, 3 areas of East Zone, 1 area of ​​West Zone, 4 areas of North West Zone have been placed in micro containment.

In the non-reserved category more than 32 cast will get the reserve, this being all the list


A further 32 castes have been included in the policies of the non-reserved class. The circular issued today by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment includes 20 castes of Hinduism and 12 castes of Muslim among the non-reserved castes. 


This decision has been taken due to several representations before the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. Being included in the race of non-reserved class will now make it easier to get a certificate.

This is a unique village in Gujarat, the whole village eats a mass meal every day



Mehsana: Mass meals are usually held on an occasion.  But there is one village in Mehsana district where mass meals are held daily.  In Chandanki village in Bahucharaji taluka, people eat with everyone in the village in the afternoon and evening rather than having a mass meal.  There is also a set time for a mass meal.

A total of more than 150 families live in the village.  Its total population is 1100.  But due to business employment and jobs most of the people live outside the village and only 100 old people live in the village.  Who cultivates.  A communal kitchen has been arranged so that there is no problem in eating at such a time and the whole village gets together.

In which everyone in the village eats both lunch and evening at the same time.  And even if a guest comes to the village, he is accommodated in the village kitchen.  In this meal, first the women eat and then the men eat.



This is the only village in Gujarat that has a mass meal.  Although everyone who lives outside comes to their village during the Diwali festival, even then everyone eats together. No stove is burning in any of the houses in the village.  However, the Sarpanch and the youth of the village have formed a special committee to provide pure and nutritious food to all the people of the village and this committee provides all the facilities.  A modern restaurant has been set up in the village padar in which all kinds of facilities have been provided
