Vadodara. According to the corporation, the number of positive corona in the city and district has reached 2994. Three more patients, including a woman, died in the city district today. A further 31 patients have been discharged in the past day. Thus far a total of 2131 patients have recovered. There are currently a total of 806 active cases in Vadodara, out of which 140 are on oxygen and 37 on ventilator-B pap and 629 patients are in stable condition.

Corona virus is becoming more deadly in the city day by day. While a record-breaking 72 people have been infected in a single day. That means one person in the city every 24 minutes during a 24-hour period has become a corona positive.

Cases dropped in East Vadodara
There was a sudden decline in positive cases in East Vadodara. In the area where an average of 10 to 12 cases were reported, only 7 cases were reported on Saturday. While 8 cases were reported in West, 16 in North, 19 in South and 19 in Rural.
