The bank will deposit the money in a separate account and return it to the state government. Former or current constitutional office bearers, current ministers, mayors, district panchayat chairpersons, MLAs, MLCs, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs will not get money even if they are farming.
Officers in the central or state government and farmers receiving more than Rs 10,000 pension will not get the benefit.
Professionals, doctors, engineers, CAs, lawyers, architects, whoever is farming will not get any benefit.
