To avail of this facility, you should always have money in the SBI account for monthly installments. EMI facility can be availed 3 times in a quarter under online and POS. If the EMI amount is not paid on time due to a lack of money in the account, the penalty will be levied.
You have to take more than 8000 rupees
The amount borrowed can be repaid in 6, 9, 12 or 18 equal monthly installments (EMI).
SBI is offering a special offer during the festive season
State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a 0 percent waiver of processing fees for home loans, cars, gold, nd personal loans. That means you don't have to pay any processing fees if you are thinking of buying a home. But for that, customers have to apply through the bank's app YONO. According to SBI, those customers will get a special discount at 10 bps or 0.10 percent interest, with a good score.
