Upcoming: Maruti Suzuki's 5 cars from Alto to S-Cross will be launched soon with a new look

Maruti will launch 5 Door Jimny as the next generation Gypsy in the year 2023

To attract customers, companies are launching new vehicles with attractive offers and trying to cover their losses. In this regard, Maruti Suzuki is also planning to refresh its vehicle lineup soon. The company has prepared a roadmap for launching new vehicles. At the same time, the company is considering bringing replacement models for current products. Recently some of the company’s new vehicles were spotted during testing. While for other vehicles we have the only speculation at present.

Here we are discussing 5 new-generation models that Maruti will soon launch in the Indian market. The list includes trains ranging from entry-level Alto to Jimny.

1. Maruti Suzuki Alto

In the two decades since its launch, the car has sold nearly 4 million units. Currently the Alto is only available with a 0.8 liter naturally aspirated inline 3 engine, with 48PS and 69Nm of power output. This engine also has a CNG variant. Its next generation model is expected to launch early next year.

It will be based on the brand's HeartTech platform (or Heart-Kei, like the S-Presso), which is lighter as well as stronger. The engine and transmission can be kept the same as before.

2. Maruti Suzuki Celerio

The Celerio is a popular car in the Maruti Suzuki lineup, but it also has a small hatchback, which people are choosing. It was first launched in the year 2014. No changes have been made to the car since then.

 It could launch next year.
The next generation Celerio has been spotted during testing. The upcoming variant may be larger in size than the current variant. The car will be based on the company's Hartekt platform and no major changes will be made to its interior-exterior.
The powertrain will include a 1.0 liter K series engine just like the current 1.0 and a more powerful 1.2 liter engine. It remains to be seen whether the Celerio X will launch in the next generation incarnation.

3. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Breza

The car was launched in 2016. Now the company is preparing to launch its replacement model. The current version received a midlife facelift earlier this year, which saw a slight update in design. However, the car still looks old compared to its competitors.
There is not enough information about the next generation Vitara Breza. However it is only in the discussion about its launch. The next generation car will be launched in the first 6 months of 2020. According to reports, there will be no change in the car's engine and transmission, but the chassis may be new. A hybrid variant may also be launched, which will support better fuel economy.

4. Maruti Suzuki Gypsy

The Maruti Gypsy was a powerful off-road SUV and was very popular among auto enthusiasts in our country. Unfortunately, this vehicle was discontinued last year (for the general public). However, reports say that Maruti will launch Jimny in the Indian market in the year 2023 as the next-generation Gypsy.
The company is currently testing Jimmy in India in its regular and 3-door versions. The company will develop a 5-door version for the Indian market, which will be more practical than the current model. Once launched, 5-door Jimny, Mahindra Thar and Upcoming Force Gurkha will be a cheaper option.

5. Maruti Suzuki S-Cross

The S-Cross SUV is Maruti Suzuki's flagship car.   Maruti Suzuki and Toyota are likely to jointly manufacture the next-generation S-Cross and then a revised version will also be launched.

This upcoming SUV is expected to be larger than the current-generation S-Cross, especially in terms of height. It will likely feature a 1.5-liter K-Series engine with mild-hybrid assistants. Diesel engines may not be added to the Maruti range, but the company may add a hybrid or plug-in variant instead.
