With the decline of Corona in Gujarat, a series of major changes have taken place in the state administration. A total of 77 IAS officers have been replaced today. Apart from Anju Sharma, Principal Secretary, Education Department, SJ Haider, MD, ST Corporation, Rajkot Municipal Commissioner and Collector, Ahmedabad District, DDO and three DYMCs of AMC have been transferred. Rajkot District Collector Remya Mohan transferred to National Health Commission. Appointment given as Director of Health Commission, Rajkot Municipal Commissioner Udit Agarwal transferred as Mehsana District Collector. Surat Collector Dhawal Patel has been transferred as CEO of Guda.

IAS Anju Sharma Education to the employment department. While MD SJ Haider of Gujarat ST Corporation has been given the responsibility of education department. Harshad Patel, secretary, employment department, has been given the responsibility of vice-chairman in the port and transport department. Besides, Arun Mahesh Babu has been appointed as Rajkot Collector, Amit Arora as Rajkot Municipal Commissioner, Dev Chaudhary as District Development Officer and Ashish Kumar as Deputy Municipal. While Varun Kumar Baranwal has been appointed as Municipal Regional Commissioner and Dhimant Kumar Vyas as MD of PGVCL.

Thus, a total of 9 IAS officers have been transferred, including collectors in two districts of the state. While 7 IAS officers have been assigned the responsibility of DDO in different districts. Additional responsibility of Sabarkantha-Himmatnagar Collector has been given to Dr. Rajendrakumar Patel was in charge.
He will now be replaced by HK Koya as Collector. IAS HK Koya was currently serving as the District Development Officer in Surat. Similarly, IAS A.M. Sharma has been assigned as the cluster of Dang-Ahwa district. Currently Harjibhai K. Wadhwania was handling his additional charge.
