પ્રધાનમંત્રી જન આરોગ્ય યોજના (PMJAY) અંતર્ગત સમગ્ર દેશમાં આયુષ્માન ભારત યોજના ચલાવવામાં આવી રહી છે. ભારત સરકારની આ યોજના હેઠળ દેશના 10 કરોડથી વધુ પરિવારોને લાભ મળશે. આ માટે તમારે આયુષ્માન ભારતનું કાર્ડ બનાવવું પડશે, જેના માટે કેટલીક જરૂરી લાયકાત નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે. પાત્રતા ધરાવતા લોકો આ કાર્ડ બનાવી શકે છે અને હોસ્પિટલોમાં 5 લાખ સુધીની મફત સારવાર મેળવી શકે છે.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana is being run across the country under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY).  More than 100 million families in the country will benefit under this scheme of the Government of India.  For this you have to create a card of Ayushman Bharat, for which some required qualifications have been determined.  Eligible people can make this card and get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in hospitals.

સૌ પ્રથમ PM જન આરોગ્ય યોજનાની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ mera.pmjay.gov.in પર જાઓ

2.અહીં તમે ડાબી બાજુ LOGINની ટેબ જોઈ શકશો, અહી મોબાઈલ નંબરની માહિતી પૂછવામાં આવે છે. એન્ટર મોબાઇલ નંબર સાથે કોલમમાં તમારો મોબાઇલ નંબર દાખલ કરો. તેની નીચે તમને કેપ્ચા કોડ ભરવાનું કહેવામાં આવશે, તે દાખલ કરો. આ પછી તમારા મોબાઈલ પર OTP મળશે.

ત્યારબાદ તમારા રાજ્ય અને જિલ્લા પર ક્લિક કરો.

4.આ કર્યા પછી તમને ડોકયુમેન્ટ અથવા ID નંબર પસંદ કરવાનું કહેવામાં આવશે. આના પર ક્લિક કર્યા પછી સર્ચ પર ક્લિક કરો.

જો તમે આ યોજના માટે પાત્રતા ધરાવો છો તો તમને PM આરોગ્ય યોજના (PMAY) દ્વારા આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ આપવામાં આવશે. આ કાર્ડ સાથે, તમારા પરિવારને એક વર્ષમાં યોજના સાથે જોડાયેલી કોઈપણ હોસ્પિટલમાં 5 લાખ સુધીની મફત સારવાર મળશે. PMAY અંતર્ગત, સરકારે દેશભરમાં પસંદ કરેલી હોસ્પિટલોને સૂચિબદ્ધ કરી છે, જેની માહિતી પીએમ જન આરોગ્ય યોજનાની વેબસાઇટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

 2. Here you will see the LOGIN tab on the left side, here mobile number information is requested.  Enter your mobile number in the column with Enter mobile number.  Below that you will be asked to enter a captcha code, enter it.  After this you will get OTP on your mobile.

 Then click on your state and district.

 4. After doing this you will be asked to select the document or ID number.  After clicking on this, click on search.

 If you are eligible for this scheme, you will be given Ayushman Card through PM Health Scheme (PMAY).  With this card, your family will get up to 5 lakh free treatment in any hospital connected to the scheme in one year.  Under PMAY, the government has listed selected hospitals across the country, the details of which are available on the PM Jan Arogya Yojana website.

અન્ય બીમારીઓની સાથે આયુષ્માન ભારત હેલ્થ ઇન્શ્યોરન્સ સ્કીમમાં કોવિડ-19 પણ કવર થાય છે. NHAની વેબસાઇટ અનુસાર, સ્કીમમાં સામેલ કોઇ પણ ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં કોરોના ટેસ્ટિંગ અને સારવાર પણ મફતમાં કરી શકાય છે.

આ યોજના દેશના નાગરિકોના લાભાર્થે હોવા છતા અમુક લોકો ખોટા એકાઉન્ટ બનાવીને અન્ય લોકોના લાભ મેળવવાનો પ્રયાસ કરે છે. જો તમારે પણ આવી જ સમસ્યાનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હોય, કોઈ અજાણ્યા વ્યક્તિએ તમારા નામે કાર્ડ બનાવ્યું હોય તો તમારે તરત જ આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ સંબંધિત ફરિયાદ નોંધાવવી જોઈએ.

 Covid-19 is also covered in Ayushman Bharat Health Insurance Scheme along with other ailments.  Corona testing and treatment can also be done free of cost at any of the private hospitals involved in the scheme, according to the NHA’s website.

 Although the scheme is for the benefit of the citizens of the country, some people try to get the benefit of others by creating false accounts.  If you have faced a similar problem, if a stranger has created a card in your name, you should immediately file a complaint regarding the Ayushman card.

 You can register your complaint by calling the toll free number 180018004444.  You must have any certified documents to file a complaint.

 How can I download the card online?

 Go to https://pmjay.gov.in website.

 Login by entering your email and password

 A new page will open.  Enter your Aadhaar card number and verify your thumbprint.

Click on Approved Beneficiary.

 You will now see a list of valid golden cards.

 Find your name in this list and click on the Confirm Print option.

 Now you will see CSC Wallet, enter your password in it.

 Now enter the PIN and come to the home page.

 The option of download card will appear on the name of the candidate.

 From here you can easily download your Ayushman Card.

હવે તમને માન્ય ગોલ્ડન કાર્ડની યાદી દેખાશે.

આ યાદીમાં તમારું નામ શોધો અને કન્ફર્મ પ્રિન્ટ વિકલ્પ પર ક્લિક કરો.

હવે તમે CSC વોલેટ જોશો, તેમાં તમારો પાસવર્ડ દાખલ કરો.

હવે પિન દાખલ કરો અને હોમ પેજ પર આવો.

ઉમેદવારના નામ પર ડાઉનલોડ કાર્ડનો વિકલ્પ દેખાશે.
