"શાળા સિદ્ધિ" કાર્યક્રમ અંતર્ગત ૧૦૦% શાળાઓમાં સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન તેમજ સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન થયેલ શાળાઓ પૈકીની ત્રીજા (૧/૩) ભાગની શાળાઓમાં બાહ્ય મૂલ્યાંકનની પ્રક્રિયા કરવામાં આવે છે.ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ: ૨૦૨૨-૨૩ માટે પણ શાળાઓમાં મૂલ્યાંકન કરવામાં આવનાર છે. જે અંગે ચાલુ વર્ષે ૩૨૯૪૦ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં તથા ૧૮૬૫ માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ: ૨૦૨૨-૨૩ નું સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન અને શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ વર્ષની સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન થયેલ પૈકીની ૧૬૯૯ માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં બાહ્ય મૂલ્યાંકનની કામગીરી કરવાની થાય છે. -શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ:૨૦૨૨-૨૩: સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન (પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક શાળા) રાજ્યની ૩૨૯૪૦ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં તથા ૧૮૬૫ માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શાળા સિદ્ધિ કાર્યક્રમ અમલીકૃત થયેલ છે. શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩માં આ શાળાઓમાં NEPA નવી દિલ્હીનીગાઈડલાઈન મુજબ "શાળા સિદ્ધિ કાર્યક્રમ અંતર્ગત સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકનની કામગીરી કરવાની થાય છે. (શાળાઓની યાદી આ સાથે સામેલ છે) શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ:૨૦૨૧-૨૨ : બાહ્ય મૂલ્યાંકન (૧૬૯૯ માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં) શાળા સિદ્ધિ કાર્યક્રમ અંતર્ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ દરમિયાન થયેલ સ્વ-મૂલ્યાંકન પૈકીની ૧૬૯૯ શાળાઓમાંથી ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ વર્ષનું બાહ્ય મૂલ્યાંકન કામગીરી કરવાની થાય છે. જિલ્લાએ માર્ગદર્શિકા અનુસાર ટીમ બનાવી માર્ગદર્શિકા અને વેબસાઇટ પર આપેલ ગાઈડલાઈન અનુસાર ૧૬૯૯ માધ્યમિકશાળાઓમાં બાહ્ય મૂલ્યાંકનની કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે,આ કાર્યક્રમ અંતર્ગત ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ગ્રાન્ટની વિગત, શાળાઓની યાદી તેમજ -મૂલ્યાંકન અને બાહ્ય-મૂલ્યાંકનની માર્ગદર્શિકા આ સાથે સામેલ છે.વધુમાં આ કામગીરી અંગેની માર્ગદર્શિકા આ સાથે મોકલી આપવામાં આવે છે.
