Carnival Cinema is setting up cloud kitchens in its 100 theaters for revenue
New Delhi. Theaters that have been closed for the past 3 months due to Corona are now looking for new avenues of income.
Theaters are now entering businesses ranging from food and beverage (F&B) to cloud kitchens. Through this, these theaters will be seen delivering and parceling food to your homes in the coming days. Multiplex operator PVR plans to expand its F&B brand
F&B accounts for 30% of PVR's total business
PVR Chairman Ajay Bijli said that F&B accounts for 30% of our total revenue. F&B is a segment that allows people to take products home. We will offer a good deal of proprietary food products, which people can also buy online with the store.

"We are currently working on three R's - rescue, revival and reinvention," Bijli said. The special thing about reinvention is that it comes in even when the shutter is closed and the shutter is turned on. F&B is currently limited to theaters.
