Based on feedback from users, BSNL ranks first in terms of voice call quality.
According to the data updated as of November 5, 2014 users gave BSNL a 3.4 out of 5 star rating.



Along with Reliance Jio, the country's largest telecom company, Airtel and Vodafone-Idea lag behind BSNL in terms of voice call quality. According to a report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), BSNL is the best in terms of voice quality. This report is based on user feedback received on TRAI's MyCall app.

Based on the feedback received from users, BSNL is number one in terms of voice quality. While both Geo and Vodafone are in second place. Airtel is in third place. That is, all these companies that provide high speed data to customers have failed in terms of voice quality.

Voice received a rating on a sample basis
in accordance with TRAI's website from the updated data until November 5, BSNL has had a rating of 3.4 out of 5, 2014. users. Reliance Jio and Vodafone received a 3.3 star rating. However, Geo received 10,292 users and Vodafone received a rating based on 3,408 samples. Airtel received a 3.0 star rating based on 9,520 samples. Idea received a 2.9 star rating based on 977 samples.



 




Geo's worst
data while traveling showed the difference between indoor, outdoor and call quality while traveling. BSNL users have given the highest rating for the voice quality they get while traveling. In terms of traveling call quality, BSNL has a rating of 4.4, Airtel 3.3 and Geo 3.2. This data is based on information obtained by users in all states.

Based on the samples received from the users, it was clear that only 60 per cent of the users were happy with the call quality, while 26 per cent of the calls had poor voice quality and 14 per cent dropped.
