Modi to hold talks with CMs of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry tomorrow

The cyclonic storm that started from the Bay of Bengal has now become more dangerous. 


The meteorological department has estimated that it could turn into a dangerous cyclone. Nivar could hit the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry beaches from noon to evening on Wednesday.


 On the issue, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday held talks with the Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. Modi has assured both the CMs to help as much as possible.

Rains have started in many parts of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry even before the storm hit. The meteorological department has forecast heavy rains in many places on Wednesday. The wind is expected to blow at speeds of 100 to 150 kmph in the meantime.
