Yogasana

Shashankasan (children's seat)

Sit on the floor with your knees bent.

Sit on your heels in a comfortable position and bend down.

Spread your arms forward and try to keep your head touching the ground.

Stay in this asana for 2 minutes then slowly return to the previous position.

Setubandhasana

Lie flat on your back and lift your knees in such a way that your feet stay on the ground.

Slowly lift the lower part of the waist by placing the weight on the hands. Your head and shoulders remain on the ground in the meantime.

Stay in this asana for 1 minute and then slowly return to your previous position.

Stand up straight.

Shavasana

Lie on the ground with your back burning.

Slowly spread your legs, let the palms rest comfortably near your body.
