An online AFCAT examination will be conducted for the selection of applying candidates
The Indian Air Force has announced the notification for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2021. With the help of this examination, a total of 334 posts of Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) can be recruited in the Indian Air Force. The online process for this space will start from June 1. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at careerindianairforce.cdac.in till June 30.
Candidates applying for the qualification should have passed Std. 12 (Maths-Physics) with 50% marks.
Age
Flying Branch: Candidates should be between 20 to 24 years of age.
Ground Duty: For this the age of the candidate is fixed at 20 to 26 years.
Selection Process
Online AFCAT examination will be conducted for the selection of the candidates applying. The ground duty candidate will also have to sit for the Engineering Knowledge Test. Final merit will be declared on the basis of AFCAT and AFSB exam.
Exam Pattern A
total of 100 questions will be asked in this test of 2 hours and 45 minutes, these questions will be for General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning and Aptitude. There will be a paper of 300 marks.
